The mission of Sokol USA is to promote the ideal of
"A Sound Mind in a Sound Body."

The aims of Sokol USA are: |
- To promote Sokol physical culture
- To educate its members in the Sokol ideals and history and to support Sokol literature
- To promote the democratic traditions of the United States of America and patriotic spirit
- To provide refined entertainment and instructive lectures
- To maintain classes or schools for instruction of junior members
- To aid its members and their dependents in case of accident, sickness and death

The aims of Sokol USA shall be attained by: |
- Establishing a Board of
Directors
- Establishing subordinate lodges which shall conduct physical culture
programs, arrange lectures, cultivate Sokol literature, and in general
act so to fulfill the aims of Sokol USA.
- Creating and maintaining funds from the monthly assessments of members for the purpose of paying benefits as well as other
obligations of the Sokol USA.
- Owning and holding real estate and other property necessary for the fulfillment of the aims and purposes of the Sokol USA.
