The management of Sokol USA consists of:
  • The Convention which shall be the legislative and appellate body of the Sokol USA.
  • The Supreme Lodge which shall be the executive and managing body of the Sokol USA.
  • The Supreme Court which shall be the judicial body of the Sokol USA.
  • The subordinate local lodges to which members belong.
  • The districts in which members belong.
  • The districts in which the subordinate local lodges shall be grouped.
    •  
The motto of Sokol USA is
